The GRASS TEC 864 Soft Close Cabinet Hinge is a face frame hinge featuring a one-piece hinge and base plate combination, offering 3-dimensional adjustment capabilities. The hinge has a front locating tab that positions it on the face frame, and includes cam side adjustment, cam depth adjustment, and height adjustment at the mounting screw. An 85° angle reduction clip is also available.
This hinge is designed to work with current Grass insertion machinery and includes 2x #6 x 5/8" Wood Screws and 1x #10 x 3/4" Wood Screw.
The hinge also offers a 3-way adjustable in and out cam adjustment, with a 108-degree opening angle. It is a screw-on, wrap-around mount cabinet hinge that includes the same hardware as the previously mentioned hinge.
Additionally, the hinge features a 3/4 in overlay soft closing mechanism, with a custom 3-level soft close strength switch.
